I Love Watching Buzz Aldrin Clock Bart Sibrel in the Jaw

Just finished watching the new Mythbusters’ episode. That was one excellent dissection of moan hoax myths, but this is still the ultimate argument when it comes to NASA conspiracy theorists:

Damn… that video makes me so fucking gleeful every time I see it…

    Hi, good to see an actual post from you (I don’t think the auto Twitter thing counts). I watched that episode too. I would like to see them tackle more conspiracy theory craziness.

    Definitely. There’s Penn & Teller’s “Bullshit”, but Mythbusters is on regular cable, so there’s a lot more people watching it.

    I watch all the P&T, as well. I just saw them in Vegas a few weeks ago, met each of them, got my picture taken with them. I made Penn laugh, and got a little chastised by Teller because he thought I stepped in front of someone. The supposed victim actually came up to me after and told me I didn’t cut in front of her.

    BTW, I more or less stole this post for my blog – I gave you credit though.

    I hope Aldrin didn’t have to face any legal consequences; that guy SO had it coming.

    He didn’t, gladly. According to Wikipedia: “Sibrel later attempted to use the tape to convince police and prosecutors that he was the victim of an assault. However, it was decided that Aldrin had been provoked, and did not actually injure Sibrel, and so no charges were filed.”
